The deal, worth SR40 million ($10.6 million), makes Blue Limits the exclusive operating partner of the OIA Downtown Beach Club, which will feature two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a lounge and lounges, as well as access to the beach. with a multitude of luxurious restaurants.
