Driving instructor late for class arrested for speeding

A driving instructor has been flagged down by police after being caught speeding.

Merseyside police stopped the car after spotting it speeding more than 10mph over the limit in Liverpool. The car was seen speeding down Scotland Road, around 10.35am on Friday June 10.

In a post shared on Twitter, Merseyside Police Roads Unit said: “Driver reported traveling at excessive speed on Scotland Road. Slightly embarrassing that this is an instructors vehicle driving in livery late for a lesson. I hope they don’t teach their students to speed.”
