Dear Camila Cabello: You grew up in Miami. Why the hell would you want to learn to drive here?

Not really.

We want to know why Cabello felt the need to get his driver’s license at 24, which is old enough to know better.

Most of us got our learner’s license at the age of 15 after watching the last movie “Fast & Furious” and were still amazed to hit the road.

Anyone who has lived in South Florida for awhile knows that there are really only two options for getting from point A to point B with your sanity (and life) intact: 1. ) Have someone else drive. 2.) See number one.

But it was so. According to numerous reports, Cabello was seen learning to drive on Friday.

The singer was pictured in a red car with an instructor outside her South Miami home. The car read AB Auto Driving School. Miami.com has contacted the company to inquire about the status of the pop star, but a spokesperson told us that “all student information is private.”

So, did Cabello get his license? There have been no social media announcements since about this major moment in life. Just an Instagram photo showing a cute white blouse sitting in what appears to be the passenger seat. Cabello was heading to Trillerfest to see Gente de Zona, according to legend.

A years-old tweet about her desire to learn to drive shows that she’s been trying this for some time.

In 2014, the “Havana” singer posted, “I will learn to drive this week and hope to get my license without death or destruction from the state of Florida.” “

Good luck there, girl! Stay just outside of I-95 and the Palmetto. And the Turnpike. And the Dauphin. And US-1.
