Drug Possession – Police charged a 16-year-old Palmyra woman with possession of a small amount of marijuana at 1:36 a.m. on March 20 on South Harrison Street.
Criminal mischief, harassment – Police have charged Jarreau Carter, 37, of Harrisburg, with one count of criminal mischief, for damaging another’s property, resulting in a loss of $543.96 to the victim. Police also charged Carter with one count of harassment, for punching the victim, causing bruising to her legs. The incidents happened at 12.30pm on March 24 on the 1100 block of Cambridge Court.
Vehicle accident – At 3:33 p.m. on April 19, police investigated an accident on Main Street at the entrance to Walmart where a vehicle driven by a 70-year-old Lebanese woman struck the back of a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old Lebanese woman. years. No injuries were reported, police said. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

Driving while operating privilege is suspended – At approximately 5:34 p.m. on April 1, police observed a black Ford Escape driving west on the 700 block of West Main Street. The vehicle had an invalid registration. Police launched a traffic stop and identified the driver as 29-year-old Megan Temple. Temple’s license was suspended due to previous impaired driving convictions, police said. On April 7, a criminal complaint was filed with the office of Magistrate District Judge Garver, charging Temple with one count of driving with suspension (DUI-related) – third or subsequent offence, and one count charge of driving an unregistered vehicle.
Drug Possession – At approximately 11:10 a.m. on October 22, police conducted a traffic stop and identified the passenger as John Romitio, 42, wanted by the Dauphin County Sheriff’s Office for failing to show up in possession of a a controlled substance. Police arrested Romitio without incident and, as he searched him, found a small plastic bag of cocaine in his wallet. On April 10, Romitio was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance at the office of MDJ Garver.
Drug Possession – At around 2:04 a.m. on October 5, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jeremy Shay, 35, for an expired registration. Upon further investigation, police found that Shay was in possession of 15 bags of fluorofentanyl and fentanyl, as well as a glass pipe containing dark colored residue. On March 31, charges were filed against Shay at MDJ Garver’s office on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and registration and certificate of title required.
Containment of dogs – Police cited a 47-year-old Annville woman with dog confinement after an incident at 9.26am on March 27 on Shady Lane where her dog, a boxer mix, broke loose from her collar and attacked a another dog being walked on the road. The other dog suffered multiple puncture wounds and required medical attention. The subpoena was filed by the office of MDJ Garver.
Common Assault, Harassment, Drug Possession – At approximately 2:50 p.m. on April 11, police responded to the 200 block of North College Street for a domestic dispute. Ramon Jones, 28, left the scene before police arrived, but was located in Hershey and placed under arrest for common assault and harassment following the investigation. Jones was taken into custody and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. At the scene, police also discovered that Jones was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A criminal complaint was filed April 14, charging Jones with possession of the illegal items.
Counterfeiting, concealment of stolen goods, theft – At approximately 11:15 a.m. on April 15, police responded to the 300 block of North Railroad Street for a welfare check. Police have identified Jason Knight, 45, who was wanted by North York Regional Police on four counts of forgery, receiving possession and theft. Police placed Knight under arrest without incident and transported him to Lebanon County Booking pending extradition.
Township of West Cornwall
Vehicle accident – An accident occurred at 2:12 p.m. on April 14 on the 2500 block of Quentin Road. During the accident, a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Lebanese man hit the back of a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Ronks.
